Beach House Designs is a family business focusing on lovingly crafting beautiful jewelry from select pieces of Lake Michigan beach glass and custom handmade glass beads
Custom jewelry fabricated from local Lake Michigan beach glass and hand formed lampwork glass beads.
The items we produce are a divine blend of elements crafted by nature and mere mortals. The featured beach glass has been lovingly tumbled on the beaches of Lake Michigan. These are augmented by custom, one-of-a-kind glass lampwork beads. They are combined into (hopefully) aesthetically pleasing unique jewelry.

Natural Hair:

Cotton and flannel pillow cases draw natural oils from the hair causing dryness. Satin and silk pillow cases will help to eliminate frizz and split ends.

Color Treated Hair:

Washing color treated hair with cool water in conjunction with color protecting shampoo and conditioner like REDKEN’s Color Extend helps to retain the vibrant color.

Permed Hair:

To keep curls springy, we recommend monthly trims as well as protein treatments such as REDKEN’s CAT Treatment. Remember! The first 24-48 hours are critical for the life of your perm. Never shampoo immediately after any perm service.

Seasonal Hair:

Summertime humidity often creates frizziness. Try REDKEN’s Smooth Down Line to tame unruly hair. Winter hair can be flat and full of static. To remedy, try REDKEN’s Clear Moisture Line.

Hair Styles:

Remember! To keep that short cut full of sass, we recommend trim every 4 weeks. Longer Styles (past shoulders) trim every 6 to 8 weeks to combat split ends.

Well/Hard/Pool Water:

Well or Hard water can leave unsightly mineral deposits on any hair type. Chlorine in pool water can damage hair structure. Before swimming, always saturate hair completely with fresh water. Regular clarifying treatments eliminate hair altering chemicals. Follow-up with REDKEN’s Hair Cleansing Cream.

Waxing:

To maintain that perfect arch in your eyebrows (or any other unwanted facial hair), we reccommend bi-monthly waxing.

Maincures/Pedicures:

Weekly manicures are recommended to keep nails crisp and clean. Pedicures every other month help reduce calluses, eliminate ingrown toe nails, and refresh feet so they feel fabolous!

Massage Therapy:

Monthly massage therapy sessions revitalizes the body and spirit, combating daily stress and fatigue.
